Guptaji's family

Now that I have been introduced to the Guptaji's family, don't abuse me if I am getting jealous. More so because lately I have been spending most of my time outside home. It's difficult to remember when was the last time I took breakfast as my bed routine dictates me that I go to sleep at 5' O clock. But now that I know about the 100+ mouthwatering recipes of Guptaji's family, I cannot stop myself and share my reasons why I would like to go to their house for nashta.

1. Healthy: There is a famous proverb that says that one should eat breakfast like a king and dinner like a beggar. No matter how much you eat, you are required to spend a lot of time and effort to ensure that you are getting a healthy diet. Guptaji's family knows about the nutritional value of the breakfast and hence I would be willing to believe in their recipe even with my eyes closed. It has the mix of all the nutrition ranging from minerals to vitamins to proteins.

2. Quick breakfast: In today's fast paced world it is not rare for people to miss breakfast. But Guptaji's make sure that you not only prepare a healthy breakfast but can prepare the same in the best possible time. Imagine of a life where you wake up and prepare your breakfast in less than 5 minutes and depart for office within the next 3 mins. I seriously crave this kind of life.

3. Tasty: Who doesn't like to tickle the taste buds after a long period of fasting? Breaking the fast can never be easier if you add taste to your breakfast menu. This is surely one of the most important reason why I would like to go to Guptaji's family. The taste ranges from sweet to tangy which suits the taste bud of every member of the family.

4. Variety: I don't like to taste the same kind of food every day. So if there is an option that offers variety I would be elated. With 100 plus varieties, Guptaji's family provides the best way to satisfy your appetite.

5. Family-love: Needless to say that the kind of bond that they share during the breakfast. This part of life is very important in today's fast paced life. This kind of breakfast structure actually helps in creating and strengthening that bond.

6. Good looking: I have this weird habit of eating only those food that pleases me the most. So if a food is not pleasing enough I would rather discard it. I do have friends who don't eat non-vegetarian for this reason only. However the breakfast at Guptaji's is not only delicious but awesomely good looking as well. In particular for children who like colors this is like a heavenly abode.

A memorable day of my life

Memories! One's assets for life. You often lose contact with your old friends but you never lose touch with your memories. That's probably the reason why I cherish my good memories as to be the most important string of my life. If you ask me about the most memorable day of my life, I'll get into a fix. There are countless such memories. But still I'll pull out a thread from the bundle of memories and share with you a very memorable day of my life.

This story goes back to the college days when I met a very dear friend of fine who was pursuing Chartered Accountancy. To give a prelude to the story, he was part of our group since school days. I would not label him studious as he was the most chilled out guy of the group. But he was definitely one of the most intelligent guys of my class. There are very few people who can match his sense of humor. But studying never came natural to him. That group was one of most fun groups I have ever spent time with. We had some really awesome moments #together. Alas! the group broke after the chapter of school got over. One major reason of separation was that we chose different line of career. We tried to stay in touch initially but it was tough to maintain for long. I took the path of engineering whereas my friend was going after C.A. I was not sure if he would be able to clear examination as the chances of success was merely 2-3%. But then I met him after almost 8 years of separation. I got to know that he cleared C.A. I was happy to know but when I learned about his story, filled me with immense optimism. If you persevere and keep yourself motivated nothing can stop you from achieving what you want from life. He had flunked C.A. finals more than 5 times. While all his friends had cleared the exam in 1 or 2 attempts he failed to do so even in 5 attempts. But he kept on his way, worked harder on his shortcomings and was able to achieve it ultimately. He was not at all studious but he achieved his way. He could have easily joined his family business but he was stubborn about his dream of completing chartered accountancy and he did it. To me he is nothing less than an inspiration. I don't think I would ever forget that meeting with him. Although I don't believe I would ever be able to persevere so much and achieve what I want to achieve in my life, his story gives me hope. It gives me the energy required to take bold decisions. I wish people like him inspire more and more people who can be that strong, ambitious and resolute.

Many such hopeful stories are created everyday in the space of https://housing.com/ which are equally inspiring in nature. I would suggest you to give a read to those stories as well.

Beginning to a New Life

A new beginning of life that begun with the beginning of my dream. The life got a release from the clutches of boredom and numbness. The beginning that can only match the happiness of buying a new house from https://housing.com/

True that right criticism will lead to improvement in the longer term, I still see a lot of pessimism when it comes to the financial state of the 80% of the population of the country. It's more than 67 years of independence and we still have majority of population below poverty line. But the hope is not lost yet. We are progressing at our own pace and very soon we would reach the position we are aspiring for. And this belief of mine only gets stronger on almost daily basis. I would like to share a very recent experience which fills me with hope and positivism.

Just a few days back when I was returning back to my college hostel after an eventful term gap, I happened to meet a person that changed my understanding of a section of our society. I am talking about the section that is not privileged enough to enjoy the perks of a good quality of life. The section who have to struggle for their daily bread. The auto-rickshaw driver that dropped me to my college premises was interactive from the very beginning. He was probably in his mid 50s and had seen a lot in life. The conversation started with his inquisitiveness about the college in which I was studying. I shared with him how engineers today go for an MBA course post graduation and may be after some corporate experience and why I decided to take the similar path. I told him about the career opportunities and growth prospects that a post-graduation certification brings to the kitty of an engineer. Apparently he had never heard of such structure and his next question was on the cost of pursuing this higher education and whether one can expect good returns in terms of job guarantee from the campus itself. I shared with him all the details and he was quite excited to hear everything. More so because his daughter was pursuing her engineering degree. He shared with me how he took troubles to ensure that her daughter gets good education. He shared why he chose to save all the money for her daughter and cut down on the wasteful expenditures which is common in his community-space. I was impressed with his understanding of the importance of education and the empowerment it brings to an individual. I was impressed with his approach towards attaining maximum output from minimum resources. And I was impressed with his attitude that daughters are not a burden over her father and why female education is so important. He promised me how he will prepare his daughter for the higher education and will do everything to ensure that she gets all the financial help. This half an hour conversation with the driver filled me with happy optimism. Yes, the future of our country is very bright. "Focus on education" and "equal rights for all" are indeed the only way our country can progress and this is being recognized.

A Look Up story

Housing.com has recently come-up with a similar campaign where they shared their symbol of optimism. The look up world looks pretty amazing and I would suggest you to have a look at their message by clicking on the address https://housing.com/lookup. But the question remains. Are we really advancing? It might not be wrong when some people crib about the future state of our country. True that right criticism will lead to improvement in the longer term, I still see a lot of pessimism when it comes to the financial state of the 80% of the population of the country. It's more than 67 years of independence and we still have majority of population below poverty line.  But the hope is not lost yet.
